Job Description

- Identify and pursue new public agency opportunities
- Lead civil engineering design and project management for public works and private development
- Oversee project scope, budget, scheduling, and plan production
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and CAD staff
- Build and maintain client relationships, proposals, and contracts
- Ensure quality, compliance, and profitability across projects
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- California PE license (required)
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with public works focus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver
- Valid CA driver’s license
- Ability to visit job sites and attend in-person meetings as needed
