Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 8+ years of civil land development experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Experience managing land development projects from planning through construction
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
