Job Description

A well-established and highly regarded law firm with multiple offices across California is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles team. The firm is known for its consistent client base, steady workflow, and strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a range of practice areas. Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategies
  • Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
  • Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership (in good standing)
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $110,000 – $165,000, depending on experience
  • Quarterly bonuses paid based on billable collected and exceeding set expectations
