Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims.Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and pre-trial preparation.Work alongside senior attorneys on trial strategy and assist at trial as second chair, with opportunities to grow into first-chair responsibilities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and in-house counsel.Contribute to a collaborative team environment and provide support and mentorship to junior team members and staff.Qualifications:2–8 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense strongly preferred.Proven ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.JD with active and good standing TX BarInterested in hearing more?
