Job DetailsWhat You’ll Be Doing:

Defending clients in a broad range of tort matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice claims
Managing a full caseload independently
Conducting and defending depositions (fact witnesses, corporate reps, experts)
Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
Appearing in court for conferences, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
Preparing cases for trial and working closely with partners on litigation strategy

What We’re Looking For:

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
2–10+ years of civil litigation experience (medical malpractice defense preferred)
Strong case management skills and comfort handling files independently
Experience with motion practice, depositions, and hearings
Trial preparation experience strongly preferred
A proactive, strategic mindset and desire to grow
