Civil Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal with strong drafting skills and a solid understanding of Florida litigation procedures.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Strong civil litigation experience with the ability to independently draft pleadings and discovery
- Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience calculating deadlines and managing litigation calendars
- Florida e-Filing Portal experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 4-year degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred
