What You'll Do
- Lead land development and civil site design projects.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Review plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Support client relationships and business development.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of civil site design and project management experience.
- Land development experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
