Your Role

Primary Duties

• Collaborate on the design and planning of site layouts, focusing on grading, drainage systems, and utility integration
• Investigate and apply local and state design regulations to ensure project compliance
• Generate detailed engineering drawings, perform design calculations, and draft essential documentation
• Participate in creating detailed site assessments and technical reports
• Communicate effectively with contractors, local officials, and client teams
• Assist in navigating zoning, permits, and approvals
• Offer versatile support across multiple active projects

Qualifications:

What We Seek

• Preferably hold a PA Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) certification
• 0–2 years of pertinent experience
• Competency in using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Understanding of:
  • Site design and land development
  • Stormwater management principles
  • Topographical grading
  • Soil erosion and sediment control
  • Utilities design
• Awareness of permitting and zoning regulations
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Effectiveness in both solo and group settings
