Job Description

Impact Recruitment is looking for a Civil Design Engineer to join our client’s Land Development services team in San Antonio, Texas. Focused on creating inspired careers, our client offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development within their organization.Required Experience:

Work with Project Manager and design staff to coordinate design aspects of projects pertaining to wastewater, storm water, paving, hydraulics, grading, utility design, drainage and water treatment.
Work with Project Manager to establish project objectives, time frames, budget and procedures.
Review, research and interpret regulatory codes and ordinances.
Prepare improvement plans, specs, cost estimates, permits and other supporting design documents for both public and private projects.
Assist with analysis of report, maps, drawings and tests as they relate to the planning and execution of project design.
Utilize design software to prepare engineering design documents.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Engineer in Training (EIT) license required. Professional Engineer (P.E.) License Preferred.
1-5 years of relevant experience with a civil engineering firm.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and the ability to build plan sets and other construction documents.
