Civil Site Design Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an Entry Level Site Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large in various civil categories, including multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational developments. This position involves researching state and local design standards, coordinating with contractors and clients' engineering staff, and assisting with the development of site design plans and studies.Responsibilities:

• Research state and local design standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients' engineering staff.
• Assist in developing site design plans and studies, including grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and utility plans.
• Support Project Managers and Project Engineers with various development and site design engineering projects.

Qualifications:

• PA E.I.T. preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience in land development and site work.
• Knowledge of stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and utility design.
• Experience with regulatory permitting and zoning approvals.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
