Class A CDL Driver – Home Weekly Opportunity

Location: Hiring from Birmingham, AL - 35201

We are actively hiring an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join a growing fleet that values safety, comfort, and work-life balance. As a Class A CDL Driver, you can expect strong weekly miles, well-maintained trucks, and a schedule that gets you back home every week.

Position Highlights

Weekly home time

2,000+ miles per week

Mostly no-touch, dry van freight

Reliable, consistent lanes

Truck & Equipment

You will be assigned late-model equipment such as:

International ProStar and Freightliner trucks (based on availability)

1,500-watt power inverters

Opti-Idle climate control systems for heating/cooling

Ability to take assigned truck and trailer home (safe parking required)

Freight Details

85% rop & hook loads

95% no-touch freight (some minor load adjustments may be required)

Dry van freight, minimal physical handling

Pay & Benefits

Weekly earnings: $1,120 – $1,600

2,200+ miles weekly

Home weekly schedule

Medical, dental, and vision coverage available after 60 days

$20,000 company-paid life insurance

401(k) with 50% match up to 3% of contributions (up to $1,500 max match)

Paid vacation

Passenger Policy

Riders allowed after 30 days

LEM Trucking is expanding and now hiring CDL-A drivers across the U.S. We offer a variety of routes including local, regional, and OTR, with both no-touch freight and driver-assist options. We focus on driver support, steady work, and a respectful environment where your experience is valued.
