What You'll Do:
- Deliver containers, packaging, and industrial materials to businesses on scheduled local routes, primarily serving industrial facilities with occasional commercial and residential stops.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate daily driving logs per DOT/FMCSA requirements.
- Handle freight as needed (approximately 80% no-touch, 20% touch). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain delivery documentation, including BOLs, route sheets, and customer receipts.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
What You Bring
- Valid Class A CDL (required)
- Clean driving record with a current DOT medical certification
- 2+ years of verifiable CDL driving experience, local route experience preferred
- HazMat and Tanker endorsements (preferred, not required)
- Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operational directions, and procedural manuals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
