Job Description
Florence drivers, this seat comes with something most trucking jobs won't put in writing, a real guarantee.
What It Takes
- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months verifiable solo experience
- Teams and owner operators welcome
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
Training First
- Guaranteed weekly pay during your training period
- One-on-one mentor training on the road
- Straight into solo mileage pay once training ends
- 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school to start
Then the Real Money
- Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,800 on the OTR pay package
- $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months as a solo driver
- Performance bonus program
- $75 plus mileage for short haul loads, $15 stop pay
On the Road
- Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight
- Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
- Consistent weekly mileage
Home Time
- Home every two weeks
- Day and night dispatch
- Weekends included, holidays are volunteer only, never mandatory
