Job Title: Class A CDL Truck Driver - RegionalExpected Home Time: 48 hours on weekendsTransportation Type: Full Truckload, Dry VanPosition Overview:We are seeking dedicated Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team. Our drivers enjoy competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the chance to be part of a reputable company that values safety and professionalism.Compensation:- Hiring Bonuses: - Option 1: - Initial Sign-On Bonus: $1,475 with Hazmat Endorsement or $1,300 without (for qualified candidates) - Opportunity for additional $600 after 30 days with a qualifying safety record - Orientation Pay - Option 2: - Initial Sign-On Bonus: $1,125 - Orientation Pay- Additional Pay Opportunities: - Band Pay for short lengths of haul - CSA Safety Bonus: $875 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 plus 8 hours Paid Time Off every 90 days - On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days - Annual Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service - Detention pay after 1 hour - Premium pay for Hazmat loads - Truck Driver Referral ProgramBenefits:- Competitive pay structure with weekly pay- Earn Paid Time Off (PTO) every 60,000 miles- 401(k) match program- Health Insurance (Blue Cross and Blue Shield), Dental Insurance, and a Cafeteria plan - $10,000 free life insurance- 100% no-touch freight with no deliveries to NYC, Canada, or Mexico- Newer trucks and trailers equipped with tracking and cargo sensors- Advanced online services for load management and payroll reviewQualifications:- Valid and current Class A CDL- Minimum 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months acceptable if teaming with an experienced driver)- No DWIs in the past 7 years- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years- No drug test refusals or failuresTractor Information:- Late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors- Automatic transmissions, 1500-Watt inverters, refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, microwaves- Speed governed for safety- Equipped with features for comfort and convenienceTrailer Information:- 53' Wabash and Great Dane trailers with SkyBitz tracking and aerodynamic featuresCall us at 260-202-2080 for an immediate interview
