Class A CDL Truck Driver

Guaranteed Weekly Pay $1,300-$1,500 | Weekend Home Time

Location: Allentown, PA 18101

Drivers looking for consistent regional freight without New York City deliveries will find a dependable opportunity with LEM Trucking. This Class A CDL Truck Driver position combines guaranteed weekly earnings, no-touch freight, and predictable weekend home time while operating established Midwest and Southeast lanes.

Drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,500 each week with pay based on verified experience and mileage. Additional compensation is available through detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay, safety incentives, and an experience-based CPM program. Qualified drivers may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus during the hiring process.

Freight consists of dry van shipments with a combination of drop-and-hook and scheduled live loads. All routes are planned to remain outside New York City, helping drivers avoid unnecessary congestion while maintaining steady weekly miles.

Assigned equipment includes 2019-2023 Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions, refrigerators, televisions, SiriusXM, DirectTV, and other driver comfort features designed for extended trips. Company-paid truck washes help keep assigned equipment in excellent condition.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years. Applicants must satisfy DOT requirements and maintain a safe driving history.
