Job Description

We are hiring professional Class A CDL drivers to run a dedicated lane between Phoenix, AZ and Southern California markets. This is a consistent, high-mileage lane with weekly home time and no-touch freight.

Position Details

Run between Southern California and Phoenix, AZ, back and forth
Customers will vary within the lane
Expected weekly miles: 2,000 – 2,250
Home weekly (approximately every 5.5 days)
All Dry Van Freight
Drop & Hook
No Touch Freight
48-state operating area

Driver Pay & Bonuses

Annual earnings: $51,000 – $79,000 (Weekly pay avg. $1,200 - $1,500)
Safety Bonus: Additional $0.01 – $0.03 per mile, paid quarterly
Detention Pay: $20 per hour
Breakdown Pay

Driver Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
Minimum 21 years of age
