Join Our Team in Eau Claire, WI!

Bayland Transport, a trusted leader in logistics, is seeking dedicated Drivers to join our growing team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As a Driver, you’ll operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) with reefer trailers, safely and efficiently delivering dairy products and limited touch freight to customers, including businesses and schools, primarily in West Central Wisconsin. What You’ll Do

Safely operate a CMV with reefer trailers to transport dairy products and limited to no-touch freight.
Deliver to customers, including businesses and schools, primarily in West Central Wisconsin.
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Work a typical 40–50-hour week with paid overtime.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred.
Certifications: Valid Medical Certificate.
Age: Must be 21 years or older.
Driving Record:
- No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 5 years.
- Zero motor vehicle violations in the past 12 months.

Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
