- We are currently looking for Class A and B Drivers to make local deliveries - Home Daily
- Job Detail/Benefits
- Drive truck or van to transport materials to customers, verifies loads against shipping orders an obtains signed receipts for material delivery
- Determines the best route to deliver the product timely to meet the customer expectations
- Records delivery information, inspects truck, equipment and supplies as required and immediately reports deficiencies
- Performs all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse as well as loads and unloads trucks
- Operates and maneuvers warehouse equipment and any material contained in a consistent manner with intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturer's instructions
- Follows company safety procedures and complies with all company polices and procedures
- Reports out of stock items to Warehouse/Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Must be at least 23 years of age or older
- Valid CDL Class A or B License
- 1 - 2 years of recent Class A/B Driving Experience
- Forklift certification or ability to acquire certification
- Ability to operate Stake Bed Trucks
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse environment
- Able to do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No at fault accidents within the past 3 years
