Job Description

HWY Express is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Regional CDL A truck driver to join our team. Our regional drivers earn $1,650 to $1,850 weekly, with guaranteed weekly home time for a reset. You'll be responsible for hauling general no-touch freight using dry van trailers, covering an average of 2,700 to 3,200 miles per week.

Position Summary: We're currently hiring for the role of Regional CDL A Truck Driver based out of Phoenix, AZ 85001. This position offers weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, with route prioritization in planning. Drivers enjoy competitive weekly earnings, along with monthly fuel bonuses. Our freight is no-touch and consists entirely of dry goods, with an average weekly mileage of 2,700 to 3,200. Our regional drivers earn $1,650 to $1,850 weekly, $85,800 to $96,200 annually.

Equipment: Our fleet includes top-of-the-line International LT trucks, all two years old or newer. Trucks come equipped with APUs, with the majority featuring inverters. Additionally, CDL A Truck drivers have the option to bring a refrigerator. Thanks to our contract with Penske, downtime is minimized, ensuring you stay on the road.

Benefits and Perks: After sixty days, drivers gain access to major medical coverage, with three plans to choose from. Hotlines are available for drivers to conduct interviews and seek medical assistance at each stop. We offer a nontaxable health savings plan that rolls over annually, as well as a 401K with dollar-for-dollar matching up to four percent after just one month. Vacation time is earned after one year, and drivers receive $25,000 in complimentary life insurance coverage.

Experience Required: Candidates for our CDL A Truck Driver position must have a valid CDL A license and at least six months of recent experience within the last twelve months. We also consider twelve months in the last three years or three years within the past decade.
