Job Description

HWY Express is actively seeking experienced and driven CDL A Truck Drivers to join our team. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are committed to ensuring our drivers are home every week with weekly earnings of $1,400 to $1,435. Plus, our monthly performance bonus and Transition Bonus program aim to support your financial stability as you transition into your new role.

Based out of Wilmington, DE 19801 this CDL A Truck Driver role at HWY Express offers:

Home every weekend for a minimum of a 34-hour reset

Weekly earnings of $1,400 to $1,435

Monthly performance bonus

Transition Bonus program to ensure a smooth financial transition into your new job

Flatbed Freight Hauling: Transporting rebar, pipe, machinery, coils, lumber, and oversize loads

Rider Program available for companionship on the road

Our drivers operate top-of-the-line equipment, including:

Peterbilt 579 trucks averaging less than 2 years old

Sirius XM enabled, TV Mount, and Inverters for added comfort and convenience

Front-facing cameras for enhanced safety

Automatic transmission for ease of operation

To qualify for this CDL A Truck Driver position, candidates must have:

At least 1 year of flatbed experience in the last 3 years

Experience in strapping, tarping, chaining, and binders

Experience operating a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot or longer trailer, running 3 states or more, and keeping logbooks.
