- Provide propane delivery service to residential and commercial customers using a bobtail truck on local route.
- Install residential/commercial above ground and below-ground propane tanks.
- Perform propane related service work.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment.
- Read, understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Ensures vehicles are appropriately placarded and/or labeled.
- Comply with all DOT+OSHA Regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain electronic trip-logs.
- Ensures appropriate preparation/completion and accuracy of paperwork including but not limited to shipping papers and delivery tickets.
- Other duties as assigned.
- CDL Class B license with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes.
- Safety First Minded.
- Experience preferred, not required.
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug-screen and physical, and company-administered road test.
- Delivery experience a plus.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Clean driving record 3+ years.
- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds.
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable using computers.
- Lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling.
- Driving vehicle.
- Repetitive movement.
- Operating motorized equipment.
- Sitting; standing; walking.
- Working indoor/outdoor as business needs.
