Job Description

Description:Classified Cybersecurity helps secure lifesaving products and critical state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing systems by applying cutting edge cybersecurity principles. Rising to the challenge of building a more secure world for the warfighter, space exploration, climate sustainability and commercial use. Classified Cybersecurity will partner with the security team, program, and government customers to perform as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Orlando, FL.

  • Support technical administration of information systems (IS) in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Document compliance actions with the ISSM to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.
  • Participate in internal/external security audits/inspections; performs risk assessments.
  • Evaluate proposed changes or additions to the information system, and advise the ISSM of their security relevance.
  • Ensure configuration management (CM) for security relevant IS software, hardware, and firmware is maintained and documented.
  • Support the processing of requests for software implementation on classified IS boundaries
  • Provide guidance to ISSOs and internal stakeholders on the software request processing, ensuring submission to approval process management
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of an approval and operational release library for containers; assist in the creation of classified continuous monitoring for software and containers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret Clearance within 6 months of employment
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline
  • Ability to obtain Sec+ or equivalent DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Management Level II or III certification within 6 months of employment
  • Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools
  • Knowledge of system accreditation requirements and NIST 800-53 (DAAPM/JSIG) RMF implementation.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience supporting classified information systems
  • Technical experience in Windows, Linux operating systems and command line use
  • Demonstrated technical experience with industry standard • Information Assurance tools (Splunk, Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIGViewer/SCAP Compliance • Checker/eSTIG, McAfee ePO, McAfee DLP)
  • Experience implementing/validating STIG application, system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management
  • Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts
  • Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security
  • Understanding of network concepts and Type 1 encryption devices, such as TACLANE and boundary protection devices/firewalls
  • Ability to perform technical assessments for systems being presented to the government for authorization
  • Ability to support multiple projects in dynamic, demanding environments

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
