We are looking for a part time technician to evolve into full time position when the time comes- Needs to be detail orientated- Take directions well- People person that can talk to anyone- Reliable source of transportation- Clean MVR and can pass a background check- Bilingual (not required)lots of potential for growth and pay increases based on performance and tenure

Employee weekly bonus structure based on in home add ons and upsells

Under $750 sales = 10% Over $750 = 15% Over $2k = 20%Get $15 for every 5 star review with name mentioned

Get 10% of future upsells if converts (ie. Tile& grout, air ducts later, etc...)

For all personally generated jobs Employee quarterly bonus structure

Residential 10%

Commercial 15%

Mitigation 5%

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
