About the Role:

Join Voda Cleaning & Restoration as a Cleaning & Restoration Sales Representative, where you will play a vital role in helping clients restore their homes and businesses to pristine condition. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, this position offers a dynamic work environment where your sales skills can truly shine. Sales role is a high commission-based role with a low base salary.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial cleaning and commercial & residential restoration industry.
Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (property manager, realtors, insurance brokers etc.) and industry partners.
Collaborate with President to prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning and/or restoration industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for Client prospects.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
