Position Overview
As a Cleaning Support Technician, you will act as a mobile team leader, overseeing nightly cleaning operations across multiple client sites. You will ensure high standards are met, support and train team members, and serve as a key point of contact between staff and management. This role requires travel between locations, and mileage reimbursement is provided.
Key Responsibilities
You will supervise and support cleaning crews across various facilities. You will ensure that cleaning quality consistently meets company and client expectations. You will train new employees and recognize outstanding performance. You will manage labor hours and supply budgets efficiently. You will deliver cleaning products and maintain inventory at each site. You will communicate regularly with management to resolve issues and improve service. You will coordinate nightly priorities and adapt to changing schedules.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential. You must demonstrate excellent time management and organizational abilities. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance are required. You should be able to work independently and adapt to different environments. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A positive attitude and sense of humor are a plus.
