Cleaning Support Technician - Flexible Site Leader (Evenings)

Multiple Locations Across Northwest OhioSchedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:00 AMSome weekends requiredFull-Time PositionTravel required to multiple sites - mileage reimbursement included!

We're currently on the hunt for Cleaning Support Technicians - think of this role as a hands-on team leader who's always ready to jump in and make things happen. If you're organized, adaptable, and love working in different environments, this one's for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites with guidance from your Area Manager
Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds!) client expectations
Training new team members and recognizing rockstar performers
Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready
Communicating regularly with upper management to squash issues and improve service
Juggling nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations

What You Bring

Shift lead or keyholder experience is a plus
Strong decision-making skills
Time management wizardry (planning nightly and weekly tasks is your jam)
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
A flexible mindset - you're not tied to one desk or one building
Bonus points for a sense of humor and a can-do attitude
