Office Pride ofLakeland, one of the nation’s top janitorial companies, is currently interviewing for immediate opening for front-line cleaning technicians in Lakeland. We have several excellent career opportunities for part-time positions available to those with a desire to succeed. We offer flexible evening and weekend hours around your busy schedule with a starting pay of $9/hr.

Job Duties - Each account has a specific set of cleaning tasks for Office Pride employees to complete per customer schedule. Some basic tasks include:
- Sweep or vacuum and damp mop floors
- Dust services throughout customer facility
- Clean restrooms
- Restock customer product supplies including soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
- Clean entryway door glass
- Remove trash and recycling from containers and place in designated dumpster
- Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders
- Work effectively with other team members
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
- Conduct all work in a way that aligns with Office Pride procedures. This includes safety, door lock, time and attendance and uniform policies.
Job Qualifications
- Must agree to a background check
- Education and work history that demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility
- Must have ability to work independently and as an effective team member
- Care about work quality
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must be able to work at an efficient pace
- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
- Able to lift at least 35 pounds
- Physically able to on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing and kneeling.
