Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician – 1st & 3rd Shift
Location: Manchester, NHPay: $20–$23/hr., based on experienceType: 6-Month Temp-to-HireSchedule: 9/80 Schedule – Every Other Friday Off
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Overview
Top Prospect Group is hiring Cleanroom Manufacturing Technicians for a growing medical device manufacturer in Manchester, NH.
We are looking for dependable, hands-on candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or cleanroom experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to transition to permanent employment after approximately six months.
Responsibilities
- Assemble plastic and metal components used in medical devices
- Perform hands-on assembly using small hand and power tools
- Operate presses, fixtures, calibrated instruments, microscopes, and testing equipment
- Follow work instructions, Bills of Materials, assembly drawings, and production documentation
- Perform techniques such as soldering, crimping, bonding, gluing, and ultrasonic welding as required
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in a regulated cleanroom environment
- Follow ISO, FDA, GMP, safety, and quality requirements
- Work closely with line leads, technicians, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve production issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related hands-on experience preferred
- Experience assembling mechanical or electrical components is a plus
- Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Comfortable working with small parts, hand tools, and detailed assembly procedures
- Ability to follow written work instructions and accurately document completed work
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
- Experience with GMP, ISO, FDA-regulated manufacturing, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
