Client Account Specialist

• Are you a detail oriented, customer focused Medical Billing & Patient Financial Coordinator who is ready to support patients and clinical team?*

• Develop and coordinate payment plans with clients based on treatment needs and financial guidelines*
• Collect, verify, and update insurance information for all patients*
• Respond to and resolvebilling relatedquestions from patients and internal staff*
• Prepare and submit Medicaid and commercial insurance claimsaccurately and in a timely manner*
• Process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advices; identify and resolve discrepancies as needed*
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance

Type: Temp to Hire  To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Insurance billing experience required*
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems*
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks*
• Excellent communication and customer service skills*
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
