Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Client Accounting Services Associate to join a CPA Firm's team in Ridgeland, Mississippi. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and back-office accounting who enjoys helping clients maintain accurate financial records. This role focuses on providing outsourced accounting services to our business clients. While this position is not a tax or audit track, it offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our expanding Client Accounting Services Department.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients
Process accounts payable and other routine accounting transactions
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
Maintain accurate general ledger records
Assist clients with QuickBooks Online setup, maintenance, and support
Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting matters
Help improve accounting processes and maintain high-quality client service
