Position Summary
Client Advisors handle the entire buying journey, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service, clear communication, and a pressure-free environment. Nelson pays Client Advisors a salary, not commission, supporting a transparent and guest-focused experience for both the team and our customers.

Essential Responsibilities
- Use multiple technology platforms to interact with guests and manage the buying process.
- Answer guest calls and create an engaging, professional conversational experience.
- Schedule personal appointments and manage your own calendar.
- Assist each guest throughout their buying journey from first contact to final delivery.
- Present warranty and protection products in a clear and friendly manner.
- Facilitate an exciting and safe test-drive experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the dealership’s manufacturer vehicle lineup.
- Maintain continuous guest follow-up and engagement to build lasting relationships.
- Deliver a positive experience that redefines the car industry and reflects Nelson’s core values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (4-year).
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
- Extroverted, goal-driven personality; thrives in a performance-based environment.
- Teachable mindset—eager to learn, grow, and adapt.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with guests and team members.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Extremely proficient with computers, internet tools, and digital platforms.
- High standard of integrity—honest, capable, and committed to personal growth.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and possess a valid driver’s license.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced, guest-facing showroom environment.
- Frequent walking, standing, and interacting with guests.
- Must be comfortable driving and demonstrating vehicles.
