Job Description
Revive ERP is looking for a Client Advocate whose passions and values align with ours. We are one of the fastest-growing Acumatica ERP resellers in North America, delivering exceptional ERP solutions to engineering and construction clients across North America. We pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional client experiences, helping our clients maximize the functionality and value of Acumatica ERP.
As a Client Advocate, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive top-quality service, support, and guidance throughout their journey with us. You are the neutral party between clients and our internal teams - not a salesperson, not a support ticket, but a true advocate. Your job is to build lasting relationships, surface client needs, and make sure our team delivers.

What you'll do
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing proactive support to address potential issues before they escalate
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins, proactive outreach, and genuine follow-through
- Bridge the gap between client needs and internal teams
- Keep detailed, accurate records of all client interactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services that may benefit the client
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven background in client relations, account management, or customer success
- Natural communicator - clear, calm, and credible with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a professional and timely manner
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- ERP experience (Acumatica or similar) is a strong plus
