Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare client bills according to guidelines and attorney instructions.
- Verify daily billing production and generate time and billing reports.
- Distribute monthly pre-bills and billing reports to attorneys.
- Provide training and support for billing software and systems.
- Offer backup support to the Client Billing team and other Finance areas.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Management or Finance required.
- Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Law Firm experience is highly preferred.
