Position Overview
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with clients. It's a space where your love for speaking with people and creating memorable interactions is valued. We pride ourselves on being a 5 star client service company. You'll work weekdays at our studio in Colorado Springs, CO. Work within a supportive and friendly environment, with a strong focus on staff development and FUN!
Your role at Vita Brevis
- Daily communication with clients
- Answering and responding to phone calls, texts, voicemails and emails
- Assist clients with payment plans
- In-person office position at our photography studio, this is not a remote position
- 40 hours per week: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
