The Client Care Manager is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will oversee client interactions, manage care plans, and lead a team to enhance the quality of life for our clients. This role is perfect for a Registered Nurse with a flair for marketing, though it isn't a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Client Care department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Lead and mentor customer care staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and coordinate staff training in Alzheimer's and Dementia care best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service or management role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and understanding of care planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Ability to lead a team with compassion while managing operational tasks efficiently.
- Preferred: Home care experience and Nurse management experience (3-4 years required).
Compensation and Benefits
Role without clinical license (LPN/RN/SW): $60,000-75,000
Clinical Role w/clinical license (LPN/RN/SW): $75,000-$90,000

Work Environment
