National financial services e-Document strategy and consulting firm based in Burlington, VT area, is recruiting a Implementation and Training Specialist with the drive to succeed and the ability to be a productive and positive member of our team. As a Client Development Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them successfully use eDOC's technology solutions, whether deployed on-premises or delivered via SaaS. This role blends customer support, technical troubleshooting, training, and client success, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers. What You'll Do Become proficient in the DocLogic product suite and internal support systems Respond to and track client support requests via phone, email, and CRM Troubleshoot issues and escalate when appropriate Assist with data conversions, installations, and client training Support hardware, drivers, and related technical components Participate in QA testing and process improvement initiatives Complete professional services projects as assigned What You Bring Associate's degree in a business or technical field preferred Experience with MySQL/SQL or other SQL platforms is highly desirable Familiarity with Windows Server environments and IIS a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts Professional, confident, and client-focused Why eDOC Competitive hourly pay Generous benefits and paid time off 401(k) with company match Stable, profitable company with 30+ years in business Comprehensive training and career development Supportive, collaborative team culture eDOC Innovations is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
