Client Engagement Specialist:

Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy real estate environment? We're expanding our team in the following convenient locations: Ellicott City, Frederick, Towson (MD), and Chantilly (VA)—and looking for driven professionals who know how to connect, convert, and collaborate.

This is not a call center—we engage directly with real people, building meaningful relationships!

Position Details:

Full-Time Career OpportunityIn-Office PositionEvening and Weekend Availability Required

MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND AND/OR VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE

Responsibilities:

✅ Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service ✅ Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems ✅ Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs ✅ Maintain relationships and engage with past clients ✅ Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
