Help Clients Navigate Important Benefit Decisions

AO Globe Life is looking for Client Enrollment Specialists to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefits. You’ll guide clients through virtual consultations, answer questions, explain available options, assist with enrollment, and provide continued service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to individuals requesting benefit information
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom consultations
  • Assess individual and family needs
  • Explain available benefit options
  • Assist with enrollment
  • Provide follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate digital client information
  • Attend training, mentorship, and team meetings
