Job Description

Our team needs a Client Experience Specialist to assist Draper customers with Lumen’s fiber services. You’ll be the friendly face of the brand, helping people navigate their choices and selling them the tools they need to stay connected. The Client Experience Specialist role is where your commitment to great service and sales success is directly rewarded.

Client Experience Specialist Essential Functions:

Greet and assist potential customers in person to sell Lumen fiber packages.
Walk clients through the sales process with clear, friendly communication.
Generate new business by proactively engaging the Draper community daily.
Prioritize the "human element" to ensure customers feel supported and informed.
Help customers solve internet frustrations by offering Lumen as the solution.
Maintain a friendly and approachable presence to attract new sales leads.
Communicate daily with the team to ensure new enrollments are processed.
Focus on building a positive reputation through helpful, honest interactions.

Client Experience Specialist Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal communication and a genuine love for meeting new people.
Patient, helpful attitude that makes customers comfortable during a sale.
Ability to stay positive and energetic in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and the desire to learn the business from the ground up.
