Dakota BioWorx is searching for a driven full-time Client Project Manager for our Brookings, SD headquarters. In this pivotal role, you will own the full client journey and help redefine what a CDMO can be. CLIENT PROJECT MANAGER SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position based at our Brookings, SD location. You will work standard business hours as you collaborate with clients, attend industry events, and coordinate with our operations team. Occasional travel for conferences or client meetings may be required.
YOUR DAY
As a Client Project Manager, you will immerse yourself in the world of bioprocessing innovation, representing Dakota BioWorx at industry events and networking forums. You will consult with clients to understand their technical needs, develop and negotiate project scopes, and draft detailed proposals and quotes. You will coordinate the scheduling of bioprocess equipment and operations staff to ensure seamless project execution, all while maintaining transparent communication with clients and providing technical updates and milestone reports. Your role will be instrumental in building long-term partnerships as you bridge client ambitions with our world-class operations team, turning scientific ideas into practical reality.
CLIENT PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in a bioprocess-related discipline such as chemical engineering, microbiology, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering OR equivalent/similar experience
- Experience in bioprocessing, microbiology, biotechnology, fermentation, or related technical fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, collaborators, and industry partners
- Experience with NDA's, MTA's, project scoping, negotiation, and quotation
- Experience with client relations management tools and organization systems
