Location: Dover, DE / Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM Start / $69,825.00 Annual Salary / Remote with Daily Local Travel

HandCraft Linen Services is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to cover a territory that includes the Eastern Shore and Delaware. This is a Hybrid position with daily travel.
The Client Relations Specialist is the face of HandCraft and acts as the onsite liaison between the client and the Company. The CRS is responsible for providing the highest level of client service, satisfaction, and support to their assigned healthcare customers. The CRS will partner with a team of Customer Data Analyst to provide support and recommendations to all assigned clients utilizing data analysis, tracking, training, and education as well as face to face interaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at each assigned facility to ensure client satisfaction and account retention
- Conduct onsite client visits as needed, answer client questions, and document visit notes and outcome in CRM
- Know and understand HandCraft products and services, make recommendations to clients, identify & cultivate opportunities to add new business, and execute contract renewals
- Provide effective customer service through education, consultation, and individual support to assigned accounts
- Contact customer upon sale of a new contract then plan and execute new account installations
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer service issues related to assigned accounts
- Ensure linen/scrub quality/quantity issues are appropriately managed and resolved
- Escalate and follow up on unresolved service issues with customers, management, transportation, and production as needed
- Facilitate best practices to optimize efficiency efforts via conducting inventory scans with RFID technology, managing customer inventory, and reporting / data analysis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have a friendly, positive attitude and ability to prioritize communication with customers and internal departments/leadership.
- High School Diploma or GED. College Degree Preferred
- Previous experience working in a service-oriented role. Prior account management experience preferred
- Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities
- Ability to adapt to a growing market as new clients are regularly added.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
