You will be entrusted with fostering robust client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, providing swift and professional responses.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and enhance their experience with our services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure swift and effective resolution of client concerns.
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to elevate client satisfaction.
- Track and report on performance metrics, focusing on client satisfaction scores and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or client relations is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives:
- Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
- Resolve all client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Engage in monthly team meetings to discuss client feedback and improvement strategies.
- Develop a quarterly report to present client satisfaction trends and improvement plans.
