Client Relations Associate

Prime Time Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Client Relations Associate to support our Verizon FiOS campaign in Worcester, MA.The Client Relations Associate role focuses on delivering a high level of service through face-to-face client interactions while also supporting sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

What You’ll Do as a Client Relations Associate::

• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding Verizon FiOS products and services
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient service delivery as a Client Relations Associate
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized records
• Support sales conversations by identifying client needs and presenting solutions
• Maintain ongoing communication to support client satisfaction and retention as a Client Relations Associate
• Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications for the Client Relations Associate:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in face-to-face communication and client engagement
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset expected of a Client Relations Associate
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required
