Job Description

Taylor Made Connections is seeking an individual who’s capable of turning great interactions into real business outcomes. In this role, you’ll represent Frontier’s innovative telecommunications solutions by educating Merrillville homeowners on available services and guiding them toward the best options for their needs.

As a Client Relations Associate , you’ll spend your days engaging new customers and contributing to a high-energy team focused on growth and results. This is a performance-driven role that requires someone who enjoys working directly with customers and is able to build trust quickly. The Client Relations Associate should:

Engage directly with customers to introduce and promote Frontier’s latest solutions
Provide clear product explanations while identifying customer needs in person
Deliver customer experiences that support brand reputation and sales growth
Consistently work toward sales targets in a results-focused environment
Generate new customer relationships through proactive territory engagement
Track daily performance metrics and adjust strategies to exceed expectations
Collaborate with Client Relations Associate teammates to improve sales techniques
Stay current on products and promotions to maximize closing success

The Client Relations Associate needs to have:
