Client Relations / Customer Service Manager
Position Overview
The Client Relations / Customer Service Manager at Kevin Pike Luxury Estate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and prospective clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the luxury real estate transaction process.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, buyers, and sellers.
• Provide professional assistance with inquiries related to property listings, services, and transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage inbound communications including email, website inquiries, and social media messages.
• Respond promptly to client concerns and provide accurate information about available properties and services.
• Track and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update client records within CRM systems.
• Monitor lead activity and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Generate reports on client engagement and communication activities.
• Schedule consultations, property tours, and meetings with clients and agents.
• Coordinate communication between clients, real estate agents, and administrative staff.
• Assist in organizing open houses, client appreciation events, and property showcases.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, or real estate support roles.
• Experience working with CRM systems and client databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
Additional Qualifications
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with client information
Compensation
• $55,000 – $85,000 per year
• Performance-based bonuses

Requirements
