Job Description

Client Relations Specialist Requirements

  1. Customer Relation Experience
  2. Project Management Experience
  3. Janitorial Experience
  4. Quality assurance inspection ability
  5. Ability to train incoming employees
  6. Leadership and employee management experience
  7. Bi-lingual is a plus
  8. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email
  9. Must have reliable automobile and insurance
  10. Covid and Flu shots are required
  11. Most importantly a willingness to learn and grow.

Scope of work

  1. Inspection of Client Building to maintain RFS quality standards and contract scope of work.
  2. Provide Customer relations to the customer and resolve issues.
  3. Manage the Independent Contractors including Hiring and termination.
  4. Manage Day porters including hiring, termination, scheduling, and training.
  5. Ensure buildings have proper supplies.
  6. Find new independent contractors and floor contractors to add to the company's choices.
  7. Manage special cleaning projects such as terminals.
  8. Train on Chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.
  9. Travel to each client building on a weekly basis.
  10. Participate on bid and estimates for special services.
  11. Suggest to clients additional special work.
