FusionTek is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build strong, long-term partnerships with our clients. This role focuses on relationship management, service delivery oversight, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will serve as the primary advocate for your assigned clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and a seamless experience.
This position is primarily remote; however, occasional travel for client meetings or events is required. Candidates must reside in the greater Seattle area and have reliable high-speed internet access.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Serve as the go-to partner for your portfolio of clients, managing technical configurations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships that support retention and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and resolving recurring issues.
- Act as the voice of the client, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Participating in weekly L10 team meetings.
- Assess at-risk clients and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
- Review case studies and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Update client documentation and account records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers on ongoing initiatives.
- Conduct onsite or virtual client visits as needed.
- Identify and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
