As a Client Service Advisor, you’ll interact with clients, answer questions, and help maintain a positive Client Relationship through clear communication and support.

Responsibilities of the Client Service Advisor:

  • Assist customers with questions as a Client Service Advisor
  • Provide helpful solutions that support a positive Client Relationship
  • Document interactions and updates as a Client Service Advisor
  • Work with teammates to strengthen the Client Relationship experience
  • Represent the company professionally as a Client Service Advisor
  • Follow up with customers to maintain a strong Client Relationship
  • Participate in training sessions as a Client Service Advisor
  • Share feedback to help improve the Client Relationship process

Requirements for the Client Service Advisor Role:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a similar role - Sales or Customer Service
  • Friendly communication and listening skills
  • Interest in building strong Client Relationship interactions
  • Ability to stay organized as a Client Service Advisor
