Job Description

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Client Service Manager to help accelerate growth in our Virginia market-an established, high-potential region with strong client relationships, active projects, and a clear runway for expansion.This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on building-someone who can step into a market that's already in motion and take it to the next level. You'll have the foundation, support, and brand behind you-now we're looking for the person who can turn momentum into meaningful, sustained growth.What You'll DoAs a Client Service Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of client strategy, business development, and delivery excellence. You'll be responsible for expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading teams to deliver high-quality work that strengthens our presence in the region.

Drive Market Growth: Build and execute client strategies that expand our footprint across Virginia, increasing market share and introducing new services.Develop Key Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, cultivating long-term partnerships and positioning Kennedy Jenks as a go-to firm.Lead and Inspire Teams: Build and guide high-performing, multidisciplinary teams aligned to client needs and growth goals.Own the Work: Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction-while identifying opportunities for follow-on work.Shape the Future: Partner with operations and leadership to identify strategic hires, strengthen capabilities, and scale the business.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.Industry experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, engineering, or infrastructure services.Technical experience: Experience leading client accounts, programs, or multiple projects.Tools and software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
