Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative
South Portland, Maine | Full-Time | In-Office
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends
$23-$26 per hour DOE + Benefits + Weekly Pay

We're looking for someone who's organized, dependable, positive, and great with people to join our South Portland team as a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative. We know great coordinators keep everything running smoothly and we value the people who make that happen.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
- Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
- Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
- Supporting daily office tasks and team operations
- Creating positive experiences for clients and employees
- Keeping communication clear, professional, and organized

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or office administration
- Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus
